Wed, Mar 25th, 7:30pm - ROAD REPORT: Hello, SLE. As many have seen, we are trucking-in asphalt grindings today and tomorrow. There are some big chunks we weren’t able to get the roller on today. But they will be taken care of tomorrow.

In addition to both high-traffic entrances, the Road Crew will be hitting Liberty with grindings too. They will then be grading AND rolling Tahoe, Priest River, and other roads this weekend.

Please be aware of equipment in use through Sunday and drive slow on these roads to keep them in good shape for as long possible.

Thanks for your patience and understanding with road work and the time it takes to do spring cleanup as well as the reclaimed asphalt project all at once. We are capturing an opportunity to truck-in materials that will never be staged closer to us and at a great price. So, we have to move now on that during spring cleanup for the benefit of the entire community.

There are many factors involved in road work and materials distribution projects including weather, road conditions, and availability of materials and crew (plus volunteers). We are going as fast as we can and maximizing the roller rental wherever possible.
