Where Would SLE Be Without You?
Spirit Lake East is a private community. We simply could not preserve, protect or maintain the rustic charm (or ever-improving roads, thanks to our amazing Road Crew!) without your dues, which are minimal, thanks to all of the volunteer time and resources donated by our board members and other helpers on each committee as well as generous donations submitted by SLE homeowners.
We hope you find it hassle-free to pay your dues, which can be done by mail, bank transfer or online. If you’d like to make a donation, we ask that you submit a check. PAY BY CHECK
Paying your Spirit Lake East HOA dues is easy. Simply mail your check or money-order payment to the P.O. Box listed on your bill. The same mailing address is also included below. If your check or money order doesn’t already include your SLE lot number or address, you can either send payment along with your statement or write your SLE lot or address in the memo field.

PAY AT THE BANK
If you have an account at First Interstate Bank in Spirit Lake, you can go into the branch, and ask to pay your dues for Spirit Lake East. The manager can transfer funds from your account to the SLE HOA account. While your payment will be noted, please also keep your receipt, and email treasurer@spiritlakeeast.org to notify the Treasurer that your dues have been paid at the bank, so they can make note.
PAY BY CREDIT CARD
This is a new option that just launched on Jan 1, 2026, and will remain active until end of March 2026. The service, which charges a monthly fee to the HOA, will then be turned off and payments will only be possible by check or bank transfer, April-Dec. This is to incentivize prompt payment of dues by end of the first quarter. See below for the payment link. Please read the instructions first.
