Building Information
All SLE residences must be single family homes and new builds must be approved by the HOA Architecture Committee. Guest houses, Mother-in-law quarters or any additional living units are not permitted.
Below is a link to the form you will need to fill out and then email the basic drawings and site plans for review + approval by the ARC Committee.
