If you haven't yet paid your 2025 dues, and are about to have a lien placed on your property in the first week of August, and ESPECIALLY if you already have a lien from June 2024, please read The Minutes.

Your response is critical to help you avoid next steps, additional fees, foreclosure, etc. WE DO NOT WANT THIS FOR YOU.

If you mail a check (address below) it must be for the amount listed in the 30-day notice. If you pay via PayPal using the below email address, you MUST add 3% to your total listed in the 30-day notice, which PayPal deducts from payments or you will not be in the clear.

If you have any questions or want to establish an APPROVED payment plan (if needed), email us at treasurer@spiritlakeeast.org.

WE CAN HELP. We don't want you to incur additional interest or fees. If you have a lien already, it is PARTICULARLY IMPORTANT TO READ THE MINS before next steps are taken. Please, we don’t want to take those next steps.
