Winter Prep & Entrance Repairs

Good afternoon SLE. As you may have noticed there is a bigger drop off turning in from Highway 54. This is in preparation for paving on Monday.

The contractor has informed me that they should be to the CDA entrance around noon and the entrance will be shut down for about an hour while the asphalt cools enough to drive on.

We will also start grading tomorrow, Sunday (10/12), now that we have enough moisture in the roads. If you encounter the grader, please drive slowly, and wait for the operator to wave you by.
