Hi, SLE Neighbors! Below is a link to the Minutes from this week’s SLE HOA board meeting.
BTW: We’re now over the six-month mark for 2026 dues. If you haven’t yet paid (or still need to finish paying), please send a check or money order to SLE HOA, P.O. Box 217, Spirit Lake, ID 83869. Money orders are available at Walmart for $1. Another option is to transfer the funds from your bank account to the HOA’s at First Interstate Bank in Spirit Lake (ask for Heather).

Reminder: The credit card option is now shut off because it costs the community more money each month to keep it on and it’s not worth the expense to keep it on all year given how few people use it.
