Hi, SLE Neighbors! Below is a link to the Minutes from last week’s SLE HOA board meeting. Please be sure to check-out the update on the LAWSUIT under New Business.

Stay safe out there. It is WINDY. That reminds me to remind you that we’re all responsible for removal of our own trees if one should fall from our property onto the road.

If you can’t remove it yourself in a timely manner (or if you need help), a good first step would be to contact your neighbors and/or ask for assistance here on FB and NextDoor.

I'd also suggest alerting the HOA at roads@spiritlakeeast.org. While the Road Crew is not responsible for removing your fallen trees, someone on the board or crew may be able to help.

Thanks also for alerting the community if you should see a tree down or blocking the road or if you’ve cleared a tree and want to provide an update on the road being now cleared or if you're removing a tree and would like to suggest that folks reroute.

We are a community and help each other whenever we can! Have a great day, and remember to drive SLOW AND SAFE, and watch out for trees and fallen debris.
