ROAD REPORT: Sat, Jan 10th, 12pm

Good afternoon, SLE. I drove the roads this morning in two-wheel drive and had no issues. We had plowed on Wed in between snow storms so we’d have a good base for the next round.

The roads are in pretty good shape for the time being. That said, in the last week, I’ve had two people spin out into my driveway coming out of the S curve near the CDA entrance. Speed was a factor with both, and from a view of them re-entering the road after, so were their tires.

Please drive slow and expect to take a little longer getting out of here for this time of year especially if your vehicle is less fit for the season and changing conditions. Next week looks like higher temps in the day and getting below freezing at night. We will sand accordingly.
